implementation of the LEI Sales Plan - Understand market segments to be covered - Manage/grow sales/distribution channels to cover the targeted market segments and geographies - Set annual sales quotas - Manage sales
competition & incentive plans - Hire & train sales reps/distributors - selling skills & LEI product knowledge - Establish & reinforce Sales Process - Manage monthly sales pipeline & forecast reviews
- Conduct monthly sales reviews with each sales rep/distributor - Manage saleforce.com usage & adoption - Travel with sales reps/distributors - Monthly review of sales with LEI senior staff - Participate in
marketing events, i.e. trade shows, conferences etc.
